Duties:
Ensure that transactions are processed per the Desktop procedures
Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of Nursing
2. Clinical experience, at least 2 years.
3. Willing to work in a BPO industry
4. Shifting schedules/Nigh shift (flexible enough)
5. Must be a Registered Nurse
6. Experience in orthopedic, surgical or physical/occupational therapy settings
7. Good computer navigation skills
8. Active PRC license
9. Amenable to work in Metro Manila
10. Active USRN License holder
