Position: Japanese Customer Associate
Location: Taguig City

Company Profile:
This company is an IT/BPO Company that provides services in banking, financial services, payroll processing, claims management and student loans consolidation

Requirements:
• Native Japanese/ Filipino - Japanese
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
• With JLPT N1, N2 certificate
• With Good English communication skills
• At least Sr. High School graduate or 2 years in college
• Customer Service experience is a plus

Resposibilities:
• CSRs will handle Outbound and Inbound Survey Calls for a Tech Support Account
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media to reach out to customers and verify account information.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
