Position: German Computer Hardware & Software Helpdesk
Industry: BPO
Location: Alabang, Muntilupa City
Salary: P 65, 000 – 85, 000

Requirements:
• Preferably Non-Native German speaker
• Can speak, read and write German
• Proficient in English
• Preferably Bachelor’s degree holder
• IT and Helpdesk background is a BIG Advantage
• Amenable to work in Alabang
• Knowledge in computer hardware, software and network is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for hardware, software and network issue of the company employees worldwide
• Handle technical concerns and provide solution to reported problem
Escalate issue to second level of support if necessary
• Track records of similar case encountered
• Conduct research and training for end users
