- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any IT related course.
- Must at least have 6 months – 2 years experience in Helpdesk Support or any related process.
- Supporting through Call, Email and Chat Support. – Experience in a fast paced environment
- Background in the Ticketing tool (SNOW) Service Now. (preferred)
- Has experience with Remote Assist
- Team Viewer
- Active Directory
- Avaya Phone
- Troubleshooting Win10
- O365 / Microsoft basic troubleshooting
- Regular Day shift schedule.
- Work Location: BGC, Taguig.
- Can start ASAP/ 15 days.
- 5 full time positions available.
