  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any IT related course.
  • Must at least have 6 months – 2 years experience in Helpdesk Support or any related process.
  • Supporting through Call, Email and Chat Support. – Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Background in the Ticketing tool (SNOW) Service Now. (preferred)
  • Has experience with Remote Assist
  • Team Viewer
  • Active Directory
  • Avaya Phone
  • Troubleshooting Win10
  • O365 / Microsoft basic troubleshooting
  • Regular Day shift schedule.
  • Work Location: BGC, Taguig.
  • Can start ASAP/ 15 days.
  • 5 full time positions available.
