Work Schedule: Shifting (3 rotating schedules; dayshift, night shift and graveyard shift)

Requirements:
•Korean National can speak English
•Bachelor’s Degree graduate and Highschool graduate are welcome to apply

•Can start asap
Responsibilities:
•Assisting Korean client's to their concerns through calls, chats and emails
•Handle clients deposits and withdrawals
•Translate documents to Korean to English and vice versa
•Conduct telemarketing
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
1. Initial Interview with Talent Acquisition Dept.
2. Final Interview with Korean CS Supervisor/Manager
