• Ensure completion of training plan and training records for all direct reports
• Mentoring and coaching of the team on regular basis or as required.
• Track and maintain Metrics regularly
• Managing assessment and development of team members
• Setting goals for the team and monitor their performance
• Lead and manage the product safety surveillance for the assigned territory by establishing and maintaining a local Pharmacovigilance (PV) System compliant with internal procedure and external requirement.
• Manage of local Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVA's) and compliance to global PVAs.
• Manage of local periodic safety reports and local Risk Management Plans (RMPs)
Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, any Medical Allied course
• 3-6 years of experience in handling Pharmacovigilance, operations and people management experience
• Good Knowledge of the process
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Concern for Training
• Innovative
• Attention to detail
• Team player
