Position: Mandarin Technical Support
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Weekends Off

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree graduate in any course
• Must be Both Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Preferred experience in data migration
• With or without Medical Background
• Willing to train
• Good communication/coordination skills
• CSR Experience is a high advantage

DUTIES
• Handle phone, email, and chats professionally and friendly matter
• Assist customer in their inquiry regarding medical devices
• Provide first level support in troubleshooting customer concerns across the designated product range by analyzing customer problems and asking the appropriate questions to support the resolution.
• Documenting concern and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the records.
• Communication of concern investigation conclusions to customers through written reports and phone conversations.
