JOB TITLE: Mandarin Customer Care Specialist
LOCATION: Taguig City
INDUSTRY: BPO Company
SALARY: P40,000 - P60,000
SCHEDULE: Shifting
DAYS OFF: 5 Days a week
TIME OF WORK:

REQUIREMENTS:
· Preferably Bachelor’s degree graduate
· Has work experience in a BPO setting is a plus
· Can speak, read and write and conversational to business level
· Willing to work in either Taguig

DUTIES:
· Responsible in creating documented data from Chinese pre-recorded audio or video (Chinese)
· Reviewing English documents from the transcribed data and ensuring accuracy
· Describe recordings accurately and translate any specific jargon into long-form specifically related to the account being handled
· Makes corrections on transcribed documents and communicates with offsite staff to ensure proper changes are made to documents.
