Position: Mandarin HR Specialist
Location: Pasay City
Salary: P 70,000 to P 90,000
Industry: The world’s biggest Online marketplace/Shared Services Company
Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends Off (Working time is 9am to 6pm)

Requirements:
• Filipino, Filipino Chinese, Native Chinese in tourist visa
• Can speak, read and write Mandarin
• Can converse in English
• Degree holder of any course, must be a 4-year course
• Advantage: has HR Background or Shared services experience
• Advantage would be having an admin background
• Open to Fresh graduates and no experience
• Applicants with related CSR or BPO / HR background can negotiate the offer

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal employees about their HR concerns
• Conducting exit interviews for separating employees
• Answering inquiries regarding pay slip disputes
• Updating contact details on the employee’s 201 files
• Filing evaluations and assessments of employees on their 201 files
• Discuss and decide for HR programs
• Handle employee onboarding, rehire and transfer of department

ALL ARE DONE THRU ONLINE ASSESSMENT:
• Phone interview with HR
• Language assessment (computer and essay writing in mandarin)
• Multiple choice on how to solve inquiries in Mandarin
• Final interview with Local Chinese
• Job offer and contract signing
