Requirements:
• Preferably Filipino national
• Open for Native Spanish bilinguals with permanent visa
• Proficient in both English and foreign language
• At Least Completed 2 years in college
• Working in BPO industry is a big plus
• Amenable to work on site if needed
• Must have own equipment and internet connection with at least 20 Mbps

Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
• Assisting and helping customers with product concerns
• Perform other related tasks
