Position: Chinese Management Trainee

Salary: PHP 30,000 (Basic Salary) PHP 30,000 -55,000 (KPI Based Allowance)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Open for Chinese Nationals only
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English
• Must be Bachelor’s/College Degree in any fields
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
• No work experience required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the head of the department to manage the affairs of the department, and ensure that each section completes the work on time and with good quality
• Auxiliary product operation, root into each node of product operation;
• Master product operation, market insight, production and marketing working methods
• Analyze sales data, find out sales problems and give improvement suggestions

4) Career Planning:
5) 1) Year 1: assisted the department head in the early stage to manage the affairs of the department and product operation, and undertook the production and marketing work
6) 2) Year 2-year 3: Work as product manager and MI manager
7) 3) Year 3 and above: The person in charge of GTM department reserves personnel or praises the horizontal development of the department
