Key responsibilities will include:
Review and update HR policies and procedures in accordance to labor law change
Advise stakeholders and business partners on policies, customs, practice, procedures, and legislation.
Reviews disciplinary actions to ensure objectivity and consistency to labor standards.
Represents company in labor office during conferences.
Establishes and executes internal communications of HR.
Work closely with the Internal Recruitment Team during job offer to ensure closing efforts are aligned to company standards, meeting stakeholders/business /projects target.
Leads Onboarding processes manages off-boarding activities and provides exit interview feedback to stake holders.
Provides reports such as new hire, exit and promotion to Regional HR Business Partners
Ensure HR support and services are aligned with organizational strategies, business needs/issues and priorities; discuss and escalate issues with the ability to influence executive management as needed.
Fosters and maintains relationships with key internal stakeholders. Creates an environment of partnership and collaboration with other leaders and functions both within HR and the company.
Work in partnership with the APAC HR team to drive key HR initiatives and participate in projects across Corporate Services and other OpCos.
To be successful in the role, the individual must possess:
Minimum 5 years of related experiences, ideally in a Business / Shared Services organisation
Excellent knowledge of the labor law and legislation
Sound knowledge, skill and experience of general HR management and methodologies
Strong business and commercial acumen
Proven ability in successfully building and managing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including coaching, and influencing decision makers
Strong people management skills and genuinely interested in people development
Strong project management / coordination skills with a focus on delivery
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage tight deadlines
Ability to solve complex issues and offer sound solutions
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and follow through
Strong customer focus and results orientation
Be a logical thinker and able to identify opportunities for improvements
