EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Job Summary:
Provide administrative support in the following areas of HR
o Onboarding & offboarding
o Payroll
o Employee Engagement
o Employee Relations
Works within HR policies and procedures and promotes utmost compliance to the company Code of Conduct; operates with high level of initiative and takes advice from manager if required
Onboarding & offboarding
Conduct salary validation with the candidate.
Prepares and conduct Job offers as endorsed by Compen Team.
Conduct briefings on pre-employments requirements to successful candidates and monitors employee compliance
o Background checks
o Medical Check
o Payroll Requirements
o Statutory requirements
Endorse background check requirements to third party provider. Coordinate with candidates and third party provider for all concerns. Monitor compliance and endorse concerns to HR Generalist for second level support, as needed.
Initiates off-boarding procedures for resigned/terminated employees.
Process accomplished clearance for final pay
Coordinate induction program activities (candidates, Hiring Managers, Concerned Depts)
Global Contract Administration
Draft contracts for PH employees based on Global standards template.
Provide assistance in the contract preparation for the rest of the Regions, as needed
Payroll
Scan and upload all payroll related documents in the shared drive.
Ensure that bank payroll requirements are completed prior to endorsement for processing
Employee Engagement/Relations
Assist in the implementation of all engagement activities
Provide administrative assistance in the processing of NTEs & CAFs Others
Provide HR Support as needed.
Coordinate sourcing activities with third-party vendor, as needed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
College/University degree in B.S. Psychology, Industrial Psychology, AB Behavioral Science or related discipline
With at least 1 year related experience in HR administration
Experience working in BPO and/or Shared Services organization and global/multi-cultural environment
preferred.
SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines
Ability to perform multiple tasks and efficiently deliver based on key priorities for the business
Needs to be flexible, assertive and responsive to adjust accordingly based upon changing needs on the day-to-day demands of employees
