JOB OBJECTIVE
The Recruitment Associate will execute effective sourcing techniques to produce and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Source active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
• Ensure the company’s presence is highlighted by posting creative and compelling job campaigns.
• Maintain candidate records and document all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
• Recommend ideas and strategies to improve sourcing programs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in BS Psychology, BS Human Resources Development Management or other related course.
• Experience in recruitment or sourcing internship experience in a BPO setting is a huge plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly reliable and exudes high professionalism.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications. (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
