Position: Mandarin Data Quality Analyst
Type of job: Back Office Job
Location: Makati City (Temporary WFH; Work equipment is provided)
Schedule: C (12pm-9pm; 1pm-10pm)
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php75,000 (Negotiable)

DUTIES:
• Takes ownership of data of assigned projects
• Create quality check and validates new or existing projects and ensuring that there are no errors and provide accurate report
• Updates and delivers error-free analysis files on a pre-agreed frequency or on-going basis
• Communicates with the client regarding data projects
• Implements process improvements within the functional team, or the overall group.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, including information security and confidentiality provisions of the client.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Has at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in data management or data quality control.
• Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good Mandarin communication skills – reading/written.
• Comfortable in dealing and analyzing large datasets
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Has experience working and collaborating with multicultural and multi-functional teams.
• Experience working on automated processes related to data is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel; Python/R, QlikView and SQL Advantage knowledge is an advantage
