Duties
• Providing support to a Global manufacturer from SEA.
• Analyse email requests and templates
• Identify and communicate with responsible parties’ necessary information
• Participate in process documentation and participate in knowledge exchange according to set standards.
• Quality checks supporting documents.
• Translating necessary documents from Mandarin to English if needed.
• Work closely on maintaining information or records in the database.
• Provide translation assistance to the Team if needed.
Requirements:
• Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance
• SAP experience is a must
• With Master Data Management background
