Position: Mandarin Data Quality Analyst
Type of job: Back Office Job
Location: Makati City (Temporary WFH; Work equipment is provided)
Schedule Mid shift | Night shift (12pm-9pm ; 1pm-10pm)

Salary: P 75,000 (Negotiable)

DUTIES:


• Takes ownership of data of assigned projects
• Performs data quality checks and validation on new and existing projects to ensure that data/projects are error-free and delivered on a pre-agreed frequency or ongoing basis
• Updates and delivers error-free analysis files on a pre-agreed frequency or on-going basis
• Communicates with the client data-related, or in some cases project-related matters
• Identifies and/or implements process improvements within the functional team, or the overall group.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, including information security and confidentiality provisions of the client.
• May serve as backup of other QA members’ projects if needed.
• Participates in all training and sessions required.

REQUIREMENTS:


• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Has at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in data management or data quality control.
• Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good Mandarin communication skills – reading/written.
• Comfortable in dealing and analysing large datasets
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Has experience working and collaborating with multicultural and multi-functional teams.
• Experience working on automated processes related to data is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel; Python/R, QlikView and SQL Advantage knowledge is an advantage
