Customer Success Manager (korean-english Bilingual-fully Remote)

We are looking for a Korean/English bilingual Customer Success Manager who will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and helping customers achieve their desired goals.



Responsibilities

Daily live chat/email response to customer queries
Own overall relationship with assigned clients
Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
Aid clients in achieving their goals
Communicate with vendors/partners and internal teams to solve customer queries.
Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a Customer Success, or Account Management role
Strong written and verbal communications skills in both Korean and English
Detail-oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
