Responsibilities
Daily live chat/email response to customer queries
Own overall relationship with assigned clients
Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
Aid clients in achieving their goals
Communicate with vendors/partners and internal teams to solve customer queries.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a Customer Success, or Account Management role
Strong written and verbal communications skills in both Korean and English
Detail-oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
