Overview: As an English Speaker, you will play a vital role in our educational programs, helping students develop their English language skills through engaging and interactive sessions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive motivational, study skills sessions, either in small groups or in a big crowd,
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and promotes confidence in using the English language.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to different learning styles and levels.
• Incorporate innovative teaching techniques, such as multimedia resources, games, and role-playing activities, to make language learning enjoyable and effective.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language proficiency.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials based on individual student needs, ensuring personalized and tailored instruction.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to exchange ideas, share best practices, and contribute to curriculum development.
• Stay updated with current language teaching methodologies, trends, and educational resources to continuously enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, such as workshops and training sessions, to further enhance teaching skills.
