We are searching for a Production Manager who’s ready to work immediately!

✅ Position: Production Manager
✅ Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
✅ Work Schedule: Regular Schedule (8:00am-5:00pm)
✅ Salary: P30,000 and above salary
✅ Work Set-Up: Onsite
✅ Work Location: Calamba Laguna

Responsibilities and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in degree in a related industry, including industrial engineering or business management.
• Must have at least 2 years related experience as a production manager.
• Manage the tooling demands and requirements for the manufacturing facility and support the molding operations.
• Monitor the work assignments and personnel for the Plastic Manufacturing Engineering department.
• Problem-solving abilities and conflict management
• Estimating, negotiating, and reaching agreements on budgets and timelines with clients and managers.
