JOB DESCRIPTION
The Quality and Training Manager manages a team of Medical Documentation Auditors and Trainers.
Drive team performance to meet/exceed service delivery targets, quality and compliance with company and client policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a PHRN. USRN is preferred but not required.
- Must have at least 1 year of either Quality Assurance or Training work experience
