Coach line managers and career counselors, enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities. Provide advisory support to executives. Manage employee life cycle activities i.e. employee orientation, integration and engagement activities, annual Performance Achievement PIP and associated compensation processes. Develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives. Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center as first point of contact.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
HR Generalist profile will do, but more strategic business partner rather than transactional HR - 3 to 5 years with 2 years of supervisory role experience
Strong Stakeholder Management
Good to Have
Graduate of Psychology and HR
BPO, Manufacturing and Technology background is an advantage
Manage Direct Reports – not lower than 2000
Project Management
Internal:
Can consider with atleast background in HR (Recruitment)
