Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila
Responsibilities:
Advise IPC on talent strategies within the Industry Group and align industry sector opportunities.
Communicate talent strategy impacts to Markets/MUs through HR integration and support.
Guide performance, rewards, and HR processes for the Industry Group's growth priorities.
Design global initiatives for employee value proposition within the industry group.
Collaborate with HR and Learning teams to create relevant programs for the Industry Group.
Coach IPC lead on fostering a people-centric culture and ensure integrated change management.
Monitor Talent metrics and collaborate with global HR teams for interventions and succession planning.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Agile Problem Solving, Change Management, Data Analytics, and HR Strategy.
Experience in Employee Value Proposition Design, Journey Management, Talent Management, and Stakeholder Management.
