Company Profile: One of the BPO companies, known to provide the best services and support to different clients around the world. They support a big global healthcare insurance account. This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Responsibilities:
✅ Answer emails and calls from insured Cantonese speaker about their policy
✅ Assist Cantonese patients on how much is the coverage for hospitalization
✅ Assist Cantonese patients with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
✅ Give Cantonese customers their policy type and its benefits
✅ Explain to Cantonese patients how to claim the amount of money
✅ Discuss the qualification of the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
✅ Give the list to the Cantonese the list of hospitals and clinics for check up
✅ Benefits of family members for the insurance
✅ Assist members with questions, inquiries, issues, and status related to their healthcare and benefits coverage.
✅ Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.
✅ Provide empathy and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare-related calls.

Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Cantonese and English.
✅ Open to Graduate and Undergraduate (2nd year college level as the minimum regardless of whether new (K12) or old curriculum).
✅ WITHOUT BPO healthcare background, required 1 year of BPO experience.
✅ WITH a BPO healthcare background, required at least 6 months of BPO experience.
✅ Open to work in a Nightshift Schedule, 100% work on-site
