Position: Mandarin Senior Payroll Manager
Industries: IT Company for Online Gaming Clients
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or any related course
✅ At least 10-15 years experience in Payroll Management.
✅ Experience working with accounting and payroll software.
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills.
✅ High numerical aptitude and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate and manage entire payroll function.
✅ Process payroll for employees including expatriates.
✅ Responsible for supporting delivery of strategic priorities and programs.
✅ Ensure that the payroll team is operating within the specific guidelines based on PH Labor Law.
✅ Manage and develop the payroll team, working cross-functionally ensuring accurate payroll processing and tax calculations.
✅ Critically review and analyze current practices and identify process improvements leading to best-practice operations.
✅ Automate all aspects of payroll including timesheets, report generation, error and exception reports, payment remittances for various benefits, and general ledger integration.
✅ Manage regular preparation of relevant reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
