Company Profile: This company is widely known as a provider of integrated outsourcing solutions specializing in legal matters, financials, consultancy, media, and publishing.

Position: Mandarin Web Production Specialist
Location: Makati City
Schedule Rotational Schedule
Industry: IT / BPO Companies
Salary: Php 60,000-Php 80,000
Work set-up: Work from home but must be amenable to work on a hybrid set-up depending on business needs (hybrid set-up is 3 days office, 2 days WFH).

Requirements:
✅Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin Language
✅Candidates must have HSK 4 - HSK 6 certificate
✅Candidate must have a Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably IT
✅At least 1-2 years experience in Web Content Management/Web Support or equivalent
✅Experience in using Bootstrap, Understanding of SEO principles
✅Knowledgeable in using Adobe Photoshop
✅Experience in using Salesforce Pardot and/or AEM is an advantage
✅Good problem-solving skills
✅Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅Must be willing to work in rotational shift

Responsibilities:
✅Builds, maintains, and updates web pages on client's website
✅Creates HTML templates for client's e-mail campaigns
✅Communicate with clients regarding project clarifications and follow-ups
✅Uploads files to Client Content Management System (i.e. SalesForce, Sitecore)
✅Creates/uploads HTML Email Template code to SalesForce Pardot, Sitecore EXM, and/or other similar email blast online software
✅Converts HTML Email Template files to OFT and sends to client
✅Updates and uploads content/videos to client's microsite
✅Review content received from clients for spelling or typo errors prior to completing the request
✅Conducts initial investigation regarding errors/issues encountered
✅Archives email in MS Outlook by Client
✅Logs all tasks in Tachyon from start to end of the task
✅Updates Daily Task Tracker
✅Reports to: Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager
