We seek an experienced Assistant Call Center Manager to join our logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensure excellent customer service, resolve customer issues, and manage a team of call center representatives.

Qualifications:

BPO / Call Center Experience as Supervisor or Assistant Call Center Manager (at least 2 years )
Experience in handling Trucking, Freight Services and / or Logistics Accounts
Excellent communication skills
Amenable to work onsite
