Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila
Responsibilities:
Oversee and conduct investigations into misconduct, defining scope, developing plans, conducting interviews, and recommending remedial measures.
Provide legal advice on risk and remedial measures to senior leadership.
Manage internal and external teams, providing training and support for attorneys and investigators.
Stay updated on legal developments impacting investigations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 6+ years' experience in conducting investigations.
Experience in Code of Business Ethic/financial fraud investigations, regulatory and governmental investigations, legal report drafting, advising senior leadership on ethical conduct, compliance-related risks, and litigation.
Requirements:
Travel may be required.
Fluent in English (written and oral).
