Qualifications:
- 4+ years in top-tier consulting or Sourcing/Procurement in industries like Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Hi-Tech, E-Commerce, Automotive, Oil & Gas.
- Expertise in large-scale sourcing and procurement projects.
- Business process design for source-to-pay tech (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, IVALUA).
- Business case and roadmap development for source-to-pay deployments.
Company Methodology experience in at least 2 projects.
- Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management, including Sourcing, Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and logistics.
- Experience in Data, Cutover, and Hypercare for source-to-pay transformation programs."
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in procurement (e.g. CSCP, CIPS) is a plus
