Work Set up: Work on-site
Job Type: Fulltime
Design and communicate total reward policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with long-term HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, and methodologies for MI and Planning, Equity, Pensions, or retirement programs. Manage operational transactions as per agreed norms.
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree, preferred math background (engineering, math, stat, etc).
4 years of Total Rewards experience in planning and strategy.
3 years of analytics experience with advanced Excel knowledge (pivot and vlookup).
Good collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
HR experience with analytics proficiency.
Good to Have:
Knowledgeable on different tools used for analytics (e.g., Power BI, macro, and VBA).
