We are seeking a skilled Contracting Counsel Associate Manager to join our Legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Lead, structuring, and negotiating complex client transactions, and providing legal counsel to senior leadership. Mentor junior legal professionals and stay informed on industry trends. Contribute to internal guidelines and support Legal Group initiatives.

MUST HAVE:
- Law Degree
- Authorized and licensed to practice law in PH
- Minimum 4 years of transactional experience.

GOOD TO HAVE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues preferred.
