Key Responsibilities:
Lead and negotiate complex client transactions.
Mentor junior legal professionals.
Stay informed on industry developments.
Educate and advise company executives.
Develop expertise in specific legal areas.
Contribute to internal guidelines and knowledge capital.
Support Legal Group initiatives.
MUST HAVE:
Law Degree
Authorized and licensed to practice law in PH
Minimum 4 years of transactional experience.
GOOD TO HAVE:
Minimum 2 years of experience negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues preferred.
