Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, structure, and negotiate complex client transactions for optimal legal and business outcomes.
Counsel, guide, train, and support junior CLPs.
Stay updated on developments affecting the company, clients, and industries, incorporating insights into transactional practices.
Educate and advise company executives on legal and risk management issues.
Develop subject matter expertise in areas benefiting Legal and/or business.
Contribute to internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge capital on legal and business issues.
Support and implement Legal Group initiatives.
Embrace and evolve, gaining expertise in seven Contracting attributes.
Must Have:
Law Degree
Authorized and licensed to practice law in PH
Minimum 6 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing, with increasing responsibility.
Good to Have:
Minimum 3 years of experience negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues preferred.
