Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree with a preferred math background.
4 years of Total Rewards experience in planning and strategy.
3 years of analytics experience with advanced Excel knowledge.
Strong collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
HR experience with analytics proficiency.
Good to Have:
Knowledgeable in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, macro, and VBA).
