Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila
Duties/Responsibilities
Deliver all employee and labor relations-related activities within a Market Unit. Serve as subject matter expert for Ethics, labor law, and company policy/procedure knowledge to employees, managers, and people representatives. Review and revise processes according to business needs and employment legislation.
Must Have
Labor Relations/Employee Relations - 5 years
At least 2 years of ER experience in the BPO industry and/or a company with a large population
Case Management – 5 years (expose to the full cycle of case handling)
At least a year of Supervisory Experience
At least a year experience in Project Management
At least a year experience in data reporting and analytics
Good/Excellent Communication and Business written skills
Stakeholder Management
Advanced knowledge in Excel (e.g. vlook up, pivoting, etc necessaary excel skills needed for analysis) and PowerPoint
