Technical Support Representative:
β Tech Support Representative troubleshoot customer tech problems. They resolve issues related to computers, phones, tablets, modems, internet, networks, software, and the like.
β Answering customer questions to learn about their situation.
β Asking questions to get a better idea of what might be wrong.
β Diagnosing and providing clear advice on what the user can do to solve their problem.
β Maintaining composure and a positive attitude during difficult situations.
β Knowing when itβs time to pass the customer to a supervisor, repair expert, or another appropriate team member for further assistance.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate/ College Graduate
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
