Content moderators review user-generated content to remove offensive, inappropriate and harmful content before it reaches people online. They follow pre-defined sets of rules that platforms set to protect their users and maintain their reputation and legal compliance.
Some of the general skills a content moderator should have are:
● Knowledge or experience with screening content.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Analytical skills.
● Good time-management skills.
● Linguistic experience.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate/ College Graduate
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
