We are seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of HR services and programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of HR services, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement within the HR service delivery function.

Location: Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Rest Day: Weekends off

Qualifications:
Experience Required in:
HR Core or HR Operations OR HR Outsourcing experience is a must.
Global Payroll experience of more than 12 years (Australia and Chile are larger countries and domain expertise will be preferred in these first followed by the US, Canada, UK, APAC (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines), etc.)
SAP ERP knowledge of the HR Payroll module
Thorough understanding of employee life cycle, employee data change transactions, and Payroll processing till compliance reporting & submission
Worked in a Global Multi-country environment.
Prior Managerial experience in handling teams sizes of more than 70 FTEs
Prior experience working on Payroll Outsourcing and shared services.
Knowledge of end-to-end pre-, Post, and Payroll processing activities including but not limited to - understanding upstream and downstream activities
