Salary Range:PHP73,300 - PHP139300/month
Location: Cebu City
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end planning and execution of leadership and professional development programs in Company Operations.
- Include Talent capability assessment, training design & development, facilitation, and project
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Min of 3 years of Training Manager Experience
- Ability to implement end-to-end training needs analysis (TNA)
- Ability to analyze performance trends and implement intervention programs to address performance gaps.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
- Experience in Talent management and succession planning
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
