At AmeeraTel Inc., we are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our information technology department. The IT Manager will be responsible for aligning technology strategies with our business goals, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of IT resources, and supporting the overall objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the IT department, including staff, and resources
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
• Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
• Ensure data security and integrity through the implementation and enforcement of appropriate policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of IT operation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff across all departments.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal service delivery from IT service providers.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT management role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing an IT team.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of data security best practices.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
