Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities within the steel industry and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders in the steel sector.
• Understand the specific needs of steel industry clients and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for the steel industry segment.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and work closely with the legal department to ensure compliance.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the steel industry.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
