Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills and computer literacy.
College undergraduates of at least 1 year do not have any work experience.
Accepting High school / Sr. High School grades with at least 1 yr. work exp. related to any Customer Service-related field.
