Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about insurance policies.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
Needed Qualifications
Completed at Senior high or old curriculum completed 2 years in college
At least six months of BPO work experience.
Good communication skills.
