We are seeking for a skilled and organized individual to join our team with at least 2-years experience in an administrative role.
- Graduate of any Administrative or Business-related course.
- Experienced in Customer service and customer service-related functions such as inquiries, coordination and quotations.
- Assist in daily shop operations and administrative tasks. (such as but not limited to; sales monitoring and invoicing, fleet management and encoding/filing)
- Proficient in computer, organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and works well in a team.
- Mature, pro-active mindset and open to know learnings.
- Strictly On-site daily reporting.
