Job Summary: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, your main task will be to assist customers by understanding their concerns and providing timely solutions through calls, chats, and emails. Your responsibilities will include:

Addressing customer needs and concerns
Following company and client processes and policies
Understanding customer requirements and offering appropriate solutions
Building rapport and going the extra mile to engage customers
Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining productivity
Meeting set targets
