Qualifications for the position include:
Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
No experience is needed for now (but it is subject to change), but ideally, 3-6 months of experience in processing medical claims benefits for local or international accounts, or related work
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
As a Medical Claims Processor, responsibilities will involve:
Accurately reviewing claims documents such as LOA, hospital bills/SOA, physicians' reports, and other relevant documents.
Evaluating, checking, and adjudicating claims against utilization and company policies for coverage and plan effectiveness.
Proper filing of claims documentation and booking.
The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including production-based incentives. Candidates can expect to receive communication regarding the interview within 24-72 business hours via a phone call (excluding weekends and holidays). In the event of a missed call, candidates can anticipate a follow-up text message from a number ending in 763 or an email from rmijares@tasq.work. Interviews can be conducted through platforms such as Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, and Skype upon the candidate's request.
