Call Center Agent-makati (claims Processor; Final Interview After The Call)

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking Medical Claims Processors for their Makati office. Candidates will be required to work on-site during the dayshift from 8 am to 5 pm on a gliding shift. The final interview will be conducted virtually, and candidates who successfully pass the CV screening will receive a job offer.

Qualifications for the position include:

Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
No experience is needed for now (but it is subject to change), but ideally, 3-6 months of experience in processing medical claims benefits for local or international accounts, or related work
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
As a Medical Claims Processor, responsibilities will involve:

Accurately reviewing claims documents such as LOA, hospital bills/SOA, physicians' reports, and other relevant documents.
Evaluating, checking, and adjudicating claims against utilization and company policies for coverage and plan effectiveness.
Proper filing of claims documentation and booking.
The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including production-based incentives.
