Different accounts offer a range of benefits. Account 1 provides free meals and medicine, accidental and life insurance, allowances, free shuttle service, and a perfect attendance bonus. Account 2 offers skills premium pay, day 1 HMO coverage, convertible leaves, allowances, and life insurance. Account 3 includes a Php 5,000 allowance and a 20% night differential on top of the salary, along with day 1 HMO coverage. Upon regularization, employees in Account 3 can add one dependent for free. Start dates for Account 3 are available on May 27, June 3, June 10, June 24, July 8, and July 29, 2024.
To qualify for the position, candidates should:
Demonstrate excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Hold at least a high school or senior high school diploma.
Be willing to work at the Iloilo City office.
As a call center agent, responsibilities include professionally and promptly handling incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and patience, providing accurate and relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction, documenting interactions using company systems, following call handling guidelines, escalating complex issues when necessary, meeting performance targets, staying updated on product knowledge and policies, and participating in training sessions to enhance skills.
The application process involves qualified candidates undergoing over-the-phone interviews within 72 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends). After the initial call, eligible candidates will proceed with the one-day on-site hiring process. In case of missed initial calls, candidates can expect a follow-up message from a number ending in 763 or an email from rmijares@tasq.work. Interviews can also be conducted through platforms such as Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, or Skype upon the candidate's request.
