TASQ Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting call center agents in Cebu City and is looking to onboard new batches of agents on May 10, 2024, May 19, 2024, and May 27, 2024.

To be eligible, candidates must have completed Senior High School or have at least two years of college with no back subjects, possess a minimum of 6 months of call center experience, demonstrate excellent English communication skills, and be willing to apply and work on-site in Cebu City.

The responsibilities of the role include assisting customers through phone calls, chats, and emails, addressing customer needs according to company and client procedures, clarifying information and providing suitable solutions, building rapport with customers, ensuring proper documentation, and meeting targets and goals.

Successful candidates will be offered a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including HMO coverage from day one, a 20% night differential, allowances, and incentives. Salary details will be discussed directly with the client.

The application process involves a pre-screening interview, initial interview, assessment, and final interview. Qualified candidates can expect phone call interviews within 24-72 business hours, excluding weekends or holidays. In case of missed calls, a follow-up text and email will be sent.
