Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with efficiency and empathy.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
Needed Qualifications
Completed at least two years of college (for old curriculum) or K12 graduate (for new curriculum).
At least three months of call center experience.
Excellent communication skills in English.
